im back (again fr fr i think) What's up, bitches? Your boy is back. I left you a little hanging with the whole encephalitis thing. Let's talk about that in a second. First, I want to leave with something cool. I want to give you guys two weeks, two weeks free to use this bot I made that is literally me. It's me because I don't want to answer all your guys' fucking dumb questions. So I made a bot to do that for you with my personality, which means it's a bit of an ass, which makes it really fun. But it also has the knowledge of a cloud opus 4.7, I guess, now. And so at your fingertips, it's its own Discord server. It's very tidy. Everything is tidy. It's not messy. It's its own thing. It's like, it's a me calculator in your pocket. So let's ask it a question, okay? Let's ask why AMD popped today. And then it'll start typing. It's all code, though. It's code on my computer. And so it says it's typing. It's not in boom. There's your answer, right? Or if you want to go, hey, what do you think about my portfolio? And you upload a screenshot, and it'll roast your portfolio. Or you ask it to roast your portfolio. And it'll start fighting back or calling you dumb. And I'm sorry, it scraped my socials and picked that up. I don't know where. But anyway, two weeks free. I want you guys to burn my RAM. I want my computer to light on fire. And if you forget to cancel, that's on you. Just leaving with that. Now, on to the not-so-fun stuff while I eat pizza. Last I left you hanging, I had an autoimmune encephalitis flare. A lot has happened since then. Very interesting developments. How did autoimmune encephalitis flare? They treated with IVIG, intravenous immunoglobulins. That is a very common treatment for autoimmune encephalitis. It wasn't actually effective during my acute phase. Some guy is going to comment about, like, oh, you're going to milk the medical thing. Yeah, I'll fucking milk it. I'm not even sure what I'm milking it for. It doesn't get any views. I'm just catching guys up. I'm milking it because it fucking sucks. But no, mostly I'm just catching guys up on what happened. So I got IVIG, right? But they gave the highest dose over two days. You're supposed to do whatever. You could do the highest dose, but over the course of five days, over the course of like six hours or whatever, with a steroid pre-med and Benadryl and all that. They gave no pre-med. They shovebed the highest dose over two days. Killed the autoimmune encephalitis flare. What followed was, and they can't prove it because everything is so not specific, was, and I'm going to say what it is because it is what it is, aseptic meningitis, which took many ER visits and many dismissals and one AMA where I had to discharge myself because the person was going to give me more IVIG before my neurologist returned from her adventure off to some other country in Europe to talk about CIFMAN, SIF person syndrome. My neuroimmunologist is a very top tier. I got very lucky with her. And in this case, it was a little unlucky because she was out of town, out of town, literally abroad. Abroad, abroad. And so she came back and was like, yeah, good job on discharging yourself, even though you lost your mind on how to call 911, which is a ridiculous state to put a patient in because the neurologist, this person's colleague, made the wrong call and I made the right one, I guess. And so I was prescribed solumedrol. So one, two, three days, one gram each. Then one, two, three, four weeks of single day doses, pulse doses of one gram each. That was a very horrible and traumatizing experience. And on top of that, many other things that are not worth diving into. I'm still dealing with the after effects of that. But one silver lining of it all is I had treatment resistant depression. I don't know if you guys have noticed. I haven't uploaded shit in like, like anything worth anything in ages. And that's because I had treatment resistant depression. I tried neuromodulation. I tried all the SSRIs, SNRIs, Wellbutrin, everything. I landed on Parnate. Parnate kept me out of the psych ward. It's a tranylcypromine. It's a very old fashioned drug. They don't really use it anymore because there's so many contraindications, AKA things that'll kill you if you eat or take while taking Parnate. But what it does, it's an MAOI inhibitor, an MAOI. Some of you guys, I know there's doctors out there will know what I'm talking about. It doesn't block the reuptake of anything. What it does is it goes after the MAO, which is an enzyme that breaks down norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine. And it destroys that so that those three catecholamines sit in the synapse and just bam, just hit the receptors over and over. So this is a dirty method of a fix. And so all it did was keep me, it kept me out of the hospital. It actually affects decision making and judgment and feeling grounded. It feels like you're on a bad Molly, like a coffee ground, dirty grounded version of Molly. It's horrible. But it kept me from, you know, doing the funny, as I say. And I've been on that since last September. I hate that drug. And insomnia causes it. It's terrible. I still have insomnia from meningitis, aseptic meningitis, aseptic meaning no

It lacks concrete catalysts, numbers, timing, or a clear repeatable setup beyond a general “short/puts” posture on SOFI.
