Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to AI Frontrunner and related services operated by Elastic Labs LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of a company, fund, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or access controls.

Some features require a paid subscription. If you purchase a plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewals until you cancel.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. If payment fails, we may suspend, downgrade, or restrict paid features until the account is brought current.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe third-party rights, scrape or extract data in unauthorized ways, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, interfere with security or rate limits, transmit malware, or abuse messaging, API, or automation features.

If you submit prompts, comments, files, feedback, connected-account data, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so. You keep your ownership rights in that content, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, translate, analyze, and display it as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

AI Frontrunner uses automation and AI systems to summarize public sources, rank authors and tickers, translate content, and generate research views. Those outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or wrong.

The service is for informational and research-support purposes only. Elastic Labs LLC is not acting as your broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, or tax professional, and nothing in the service is a recommendation, solicitation, or guarantee of performance. You are solely responsible for investment, trading, tax, and risk decisions.

The service may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including payment processors, hosting providers, model providers, communication tools, public content platforms, and brokerage connectivity partners. Their separate terms and privacy policies may also apply.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, access restrictions, data errors, content removals, policy changes, or losses caused by systems that we do not control.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, software, visual design, branding, compilations, and underlying systems, except for rights you retain in content you provide.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms other users, or is required to comply with law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elastic Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
